Re-Entry Housing

For those who are eligible for the sponsorship program: We offer up to 6 months of free housing to work-ready offenders who remain in prison after a release has been authorized. The goal of the program is to enhance the released offenders’ ability to remain crime free once re-entering society from the prison system. Individuals are supervised by their Community Supervision Officer and will be provided with nutrition and food assistance and supportive services. The re-entry housing program has no cost to the individual for the first 6-months, however, they must have prior approval from a Community Supervision Officer in the State of Georgia.

Transitional Housing

The Faith Project provides a structured recovery residency to males being released from the penal system and a 12-step program for individual seeking recovery from alcohol and drug addiction. The program is intended to provide a fresh start for returning citizens and assist them become self-sufficient.

    • All clients must be on parole or probation
      Serving clients who are active participants in Accountability Court
      Serving ages 18 and older
      All meals are included
  • Admission into the center is for males between the ages of 21 to 60, with the mental capacity to participate in transitional activities including a sincere desire to change negative behavior. Assistance such as mentorship, drug treatment, counseling, continued education, and employment readiness programs will be available.

    Second Chance Diversion Program

    Our Second Chance program focus’ on rehabilitating offenders and providing them with an alternative to jail and prison. Alternative sentences involve court supervision and the offender must abide by certain court ordered restrictions while released in our program. These conditions may range from weekly communication to more intensive levels of supervision such as random drug screenings or home confinement.  In some instances, the courts may require an offender to wear a GPS and/or an alcohol monitoring device to ensure compliance with their conditional release.  If you’re a first offender or was charged with a nonviolent crime, you may be eligible for our Second Chance Diversion Program

    Housing for “Lifers”:

    This housing program is geared towards long-term or life-term offenders seeking programming and support after years of incarceration.  We provide nutrition assistance, support services, resources, and programming with housing and supervision in a safe, clean, and drug-free environment. Our goal is to offer wraparound services that focus on long-term needs such as employment, education, stress management and life skills.

    Our Goals

    • To build individual capacity of the offender to be a productive member of his family and community
      To link offenders to program services necessary for successful transition and reentry into the community
      To increase the community and correctional capacity to address the offender’s needs and identify community resources to match assessed needs
      To enhance public safety by reducing recidivism among the formerly incarcerated population
      To promote public safety through collaborative partnerships that support offender transition to the community
      To have reentry participants become self-supporting productive citizens
